We understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule your appointment. 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 Re-booking Fee applied to your next appointment total.  Please cancel/reschedule via EMAIL as text, Social Media, and other forms of communication will not be recognized.


I 100% want to hear from you if I have missed the mark!  Please let me know within 7 days of your appointment so that we can get right to making the adjustments needed at no charge!! 

If you're unable to let me know within the 7 days a charge may apply.

Please understand that a 'mistake' is different than a change of heart/process and while we will still absolutely make the adjustments to your hair; full priced services will apply.


We are DEFINITELY in a pet loving and companion friendly community, however, we CANNOT allow your animals no matter the size or behavior level into our salon for any reason other than being a service animal.  If your animal IS a service animal they are welcome with proper vest/documentation and "on the job" behavior.


We adore our little clients, but our salon is full of potentially dangerous products and tools.  Our chairs are made for sitting, our hot tools and cutting tools are for little EYES only, and we always try to be respectful of other peoples working space.  When little cheeks aren't in our seats, they need to be under the parents supervision at ALL times.


We really hope that you love the products that you purchase and take home, but in the event that you don't please speak to your stylist directly.  Each of our stylists carries their own products for your purchasing pleasure, so they would handle any exchanges/refunds personally.

It is the salon's policy that if you purchase OUR retail products and are dissatisfied, please come in with your unopened or lightly used product to exchange or return.


In the event that traveling is too dangerous or unnecessary due to poor weather conditions, your stylist may reschedule your appointment.  Please message them directly. 

In the event of the salon/parking lot needing to be cleared of snow/ice so that you can safely access the salon/parking lot, your appointment may be rescheduled.
